Gina has been working for Dennis Group, a lead engineering, design and construction management firm specializing in servicing the food processing industry, for over 20 years. She oversees daily operations in accounting and lends a hand in human resources and office management.
“Dennis Group has been my home since my mid 20’s. I’ve seen this company grow from 45 employees, in two U.S offices to over 425 employees in five U.S. offices and two international offices. It’s crazy busy everyday but I wouldn’t want it any other way,” said Jenks.
Gina is a graduate of Westfield State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting.
Gina feels strongly about this cause, having put herself through night school while working full time to finish her degree, an experience she calls humbling. She believes one of her most admirable attributes is her strong work ethic and hopes she is ‘leading by example’ to instill this same trait in her daughters before they enter the workforce full time.
She feels it’s important for all women in business to be passionate in their work, satisfied by their career choices, and rewarded just knowing their contributions are making a difference.
Gina resides in South Hadley with her partner, Patrick. Together they have five children – one boy and four girls! She enjoys scrapbooking, sunshine and traveling to new places.
