Our Team

Gina has been working in finance and accounting for almost thirty years. She spent 5 years in hotel accounting, almost 25 years in engineering and construction management accounting and recently worked for Big Y Foods as Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Manager. Most recently, Gina works as an Office Manager at Integrity Development & Construction in Amherst, Massachusetts. 

Gina is a graduate of Westfield State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting. 

Gina feels strongly about this cause, having put herself through night school while working full time to finish her degree, an experience she calls humbling. She believes one of her most admirable attributes is her strong work ethic and hopes she is ‘leading by example’ to instill this same trait in her daughters as they enter the workforce full time after college.
 

Gina feels it’s important for all women in business to be passionate in their work, satisfied by their career choices, and rewarded just knowing their contributions are making a difference.

Gina resides in South Hadley with her partner, Patrick. Together they have five children – one boy and four girls! She enjoys scrapbooking, visiting local breweries, sunshine and traveling to new places.
