2019 Women's Empowerment Scholarship Winner
Katie Dold
Beyond upholding her academics, Katie has been a class officer for three years, including being Vice President as well as a member of the student council and secretary for the National Honors Society.
Additionally, she has been part of a sports team for all three seasons of all four years of her time spent at Monson High School. This year alone, she was named captain of the varsity basketball and cross country teams. As if that wasn’t enough, every Saturday during her basketball season, she taught kids aged 3 to 5 how to play the sport.
In the fall, Katie will attend the University of New Hampshire to study ocean engineering.
